In Japan, in a near future, the aging of the population is accelerating. To deal with it, the government is setting up the “Plan 75” program, which offers logistical and financial support to citizens aged 75 and more to be euthanized. An elderly woman, Michi, a Plan 75 recruitment officer, Hiromu, and a young Filipino caregiver, Maria, find themselves facing the choice of life and death.
